TAP International Workshop: Digital Teaching and Digital Humanities in Taiwan Studies, Bochum, September 30 – October 2, 2024

Three-day international workshop focusing on digital transformation in Taiwan Studies. The event addressed four core themes: Taiwanisation and reinvention, digital retrieval systems and innovation, AI in education, and digital visualization for research.The workshop featured a keynote lecture by Chang Lung-Chih, Director of the National Museum of Taiwan History, on the digital transformation of museums and the National Cultural Memory 2.0 initiative. Scholars from across Europe participated in interdisciplinary discussions. TAP project members also presented recent research developments, including updates on the TAP HUB database.
